Typically, half the price of a case will be credited to an arbitrator's account once it's successfully resolved, and higher-priced cases pay more. In order to qualify for a position at peacedeals.org, you will need the following credentials:
- A four year degree from an accredited institution in any field of study, OR
- Appropriate training and 5 years of experience as a paid mediator, OR
- As a Virtual Worlds Expert, a wealth of experience with Second Life or other online communities.
- Great communication skills, and
- The time to see and resolve up to 5-7 cases per day in a five-day work week.

If you are a successful applicant, you will receive e-mail notification from us in 3-5 days with your account details. Once you log into your account you will be greeted by your group moderator and introduced to your colleagues. Your control panel will have all the resources you need to know about how our process works.
