If you have a problem with a user on the internet, a player in an online game like Second Life*, or a person in real life, like your landlord, you can invite them to a case and our decision making experts can settle things for you. All you need to do is send an e-mail from your account.
Tell Your Side of the Story
You can write your testimony and upload pictures, video, or documents as evidence. Then the other person can do the same. Once this is done, you will be assigned a "neutral" (that's a person who works for our website as a decision maker) who will ask you some questions about your situation.
Case Closed!
Your professional decision makers will make sure he or she understand the situation and hands down a fair decision. Because this is very similar to a court of law, you and the other person invloved will be legally bound by this decision.
