Two Party Dispute
A Two-Party Dispute can be a real-life dispute that may or may not involve the exchange of currency, a disagreement over material goods, intellectual property, or issues relating to accidental incidents. If this dispute concerns money changing hands, it must be an exchange between two non-commercial parties and should not exceed $5,000 in value. These disputes may be based on online or off-line occurences.
A Two-Party Dispute can involve an online situation where character or identity theft in involved, the ownership of cyber-material, the misrepresentation of cyber-products, or other situations where conflicts arise from online interaction. Online disputes over cyber property can involve the exchange of any value of online currency between two non-commercial parties. Bad Business
Bad Business cases include any transaction between two parties where at least one party is a commercial party. Parties are considered commercial entities if they consistently sell real-world or cyber products for financial gain. These businesses can be both cyber business and real-world entities.
Cases involving bad business include the misrepresentation of products, not receiving payment, product, or service, damaged goods, disputes over returns or exchanges, and any other business related dispute.
As in all cases, both parties must agree to the Terms of Services in order for a case to proceed.
